Reach a combo chain of 100 on Expert or Master difficulty.

Complete Lee's Story on any difficulty.

--- Complete the Mercenary Chief without getting hit on Normal
Ready for More (Bronze) ---
Complete a story track with full health left on any difficulty.
Survivor (Silver) --- Survive
10 tracks in a row in Survival.
The Legend (Silver) ---
Counter the incoming attack of 50000 enemies.
The One (Bronze) --- Complete
the final battle without getting hit on Expert or Master difficulty.
