Continue game play:
Press any button on controller two after losing all lives when playing
as player one. Game play will continue with player two.
Unlimited treasure room time:
Begin game play in two player mode. Allow one player to exit the
treasure room. The second player will have an unlimited amount of time to
collect the treasure.
