Continue:
Begin game play in two player mode. Hold 1 + 2 and continuously sweep
the D-pad in any direction until the continue option appears. Note: This may
only be done through level 2.
Continue from specific level:
After running out of lives, return to the title screen and enter one of
the following codes to resume the game at the indicated level.
Level 2: Press Down, Up, Left, Right.
Level 3: Press Right two times, Left, Up two times.
Level 4: Press Down, Left, Right, Left two times.
Level 5: Press Right two times, Up two times, Down, Right.
Level 6: Press Up, Down, Right, Left two times, Down two times.
