Level Select:

At the Start/Options screen, press R, L, R, R, L, R, L, L, R, L, R, R. Select Options, and you'll find a level-select option. Highlight Level Select and press A to access the level-select menu.

Level select/View FMV sequences:

Press R, L, R(2), L, R, L(2), R, L, R(2) at the start menu. Choose the level select option to play any level or watch the FMV sequences.

Audio tracks:

Play the last two tracks of disc two in a CD player to hear the stories of Mr. Bones and Da Goulian.
