Hold item after dying
When you have got an item for
a mission (ex. Winnie's binky), and you think that you're going to die, enter a
room/secret room. the game will save. Exit and continue. If you die, you may
appear at the door or secret area entrance, and still have the item. This
additionally helps you avoid beginning the room all over once more.
