Level select:
Plug one controller into the Sega Master System and place it in port
two. Hold Left + 1 + 2 before the Sega logo disappears. Wait until Sonic
finishes running across the screen, then unplug the controller and place it in
port one. Press 2, 2 to display the level select screen.
