Once inside the mansion, find
Miss White and offer her a drink. She will give you some clues. Next, meet
Bigsby to learn the color of the dress. Talk to Boyle and ask her for a private
conversation concerning a possible attack against her. She will go to the
basement, asking you to follow her. There will no one in the basement. Get rid
of her and deliver her to Bigsby, who is waiting a bit farther off.
Versatile - Achievement /
Trophy Guide
This must be done during the
same mission. Consider using the "Loyalists" mission. The required
weapons are as followed.

To neutralize Morgan
Pendleton, go downstairs and find the steam room. Get the key to the steam
machinery by taking it from one of the patrolling guards. Do not throw
Pendleton in the water, as this will instantly kill him. Instead, activate the
steam.
This Is Mine - Achievement
/ Trophy Guide
After getting captured and
being left for dead by your former allies on a raft during the "Flooded
District" chapter, you can complete "Recover you belongings", as
a secondary objective.
Thief - Achievement /
Trophy Guide
You must to pickpocket 200 coins
in the same level. The easiest place to do this is "Lady Boyel's
Party", where the rich people have 100 coins with them.
Poetic Justice -
Achievement / Trophy Guide
All key targets must be
neutralized through the following indirect methods.
- Use the Heretic's Brand
found in the Interrogation Room at the Office of the High Overseer during the
"High Overseer Campbell" mission.
- Giving the Art Dealer's safe
code to Slackjaw, who will then have his thugs abduct the Pendleton twins.
- Knock out Lady Boyle and
bring her to Lord Brisby.
- Broadcast the Lord Regent's
incriminating recording.
Natural Talent -
Achievement / Trophy Guide
Note: You will only have one
chance to find your target. Start by getting rid of the three patrolling guards
(two are blue and one is red). Place them at spawn point, but do not pile them
up on each other. An additional guard patrols in the middle. Wait a moment
until no one sees you. There is also an optional guard near the kitchen. He
will not move and no one can see you; do not go there unless you have to. The
four clues can now be collected without getting seen. Note: You can also use
sleep darts on your targets.
Mostly Flesh and Steel -
Achievement / Trophy Guide
Complete the game without any
powers that are purchased with Runes (with the exception of Blink 1). You can
use any weapon upgrade you can purchase from Pierro, and you can use Bone
Charms. Note: You cannot purchase Blink 2.
Long Way Down -
Achievement / Trophy Guide
During the last drop
assassination, get as high as possible on the building. Get yourself as high as
you can above the colored beam.
Lights Out - Achievement /
Trophy Guide
Disable the five security
systems during the final mission. You can remove the oil tank or rewire the
machines. Note: Keep a wire tool for the last system.
- Security system #1: The
watchtower on the beach.
- Security system #2: The arc
pylon under the beach-side entrance (the right path).
- Security system #3 and #4:
Disable the two walls of light. Go inside the pipe between the beach-side and
the harbor.
- Security system #5: The arc
pylon just before the elevator.
Harm's Way - Achievement /
Trophy Guide
Play the "Lady Boyle's Last Party" mission.
Use Possession 2 on the party guests, walk them just in front of the Wall of
Light, then dispossess them. They will stagger into the Wall of Light and get
incinerated. Note: This will cause the guards to become hostile; eliminate them
first. Additionally, if you have rewired the Wall of Light to incinerate
guards, it will still kill the party guests but it will not count towards
earning the achievement because they will be marked as being killed by you and
not by suicide.
Have the Possession 2 and Bend Time 2 skills in any
mission. Get a single guard to become hostile and get far enough away to force
him to use his gun. Freeze time when he is aiming at you, possess him, and
position him in front of his bullet. He will die when you unfreeze time.
Because this must be done five times in the same playthrough, you cannot reload
a saved game for the other kills.
Food Chain - Achievement /
Trophy Guide
During the "House of
Pleasure" mission, do the sidequest to meet Slackjaw at the distillery.
You will encounter three assassins on the roof. One will be in the first house
on the right, another in the first house on the left, and the last one on the
roof above Griff. Each of them can be taken out silently.
Bodyguard - Achievement /
Trophy Guide
Enter the palace in the
"High Overseer" chapter and reach the third floor. Spill the poisoned
wine on the table and the Overseer will ask Curnow to follow him to the cellar.
Follow them. Curnow will be asked to watch the Sokolov painting. After The
Overseer brings out his sword, neutralize him and Curnow will be saved.
Big Boy - Achievement /
Trophy Guide
If you have the double jump
maxed out, double jump at an enemy. You should get high enough to make the
insta-kill possible. Left Click to have Corvo will execute the kill. If you do
not have double jump maxed out, climb on the rooftops or another high location,
jump on an opponent's head, and Left Click. (PC Version)
Back Home - Achievement /
Trophy Guide
Overseers are the enemies who
like to use grenades. The first time one is encountered is when entering Holger Square in the High Overseer Campbell mission. He is bullying
overseer Martin and is alone. After he sees you, run away to get to a distance
where he will throw grenades. Use Bend Time to pick up the grenade and throw it
back. This may need to be repeated a few times until you get the kill. Have some
health and mana potions available, especially if you need to use Bend Time
multiple times.
The Art of the Steal -
Achievement / Trophy Guide
This occurs during Slackjaw's
side missions. You must complete three tasks; fulfill Slackjaw's first mission,
obtain the key of the art dealer's apartment, and get the safe combination. To
complete Slackjaw's first mission, just do what he asks and finish the optional
quests. The key is owned by the poor woman that is being harassed by a few
guards in the alley to the opposite side of the doctor's entry door. You can
either get the key at the beginning of the mission by saving the poor girl, or
returning here after saving Emily from the House of Pleasure and looting the
dead girl's corpse. The safe combination is obtained by torturing the art
dealer a bit more. The combination is "1-3-8 ".
Hornets' Nest -
Achievement / Trophy Guide
Use the building just to the
right of the Boyle Estate during the "Lady Boyle's Last Party"
mission. Evade the Tallboy that patrols outside the manor, and eliminate the
single footman patrolling the path in front of the building. Go inside the lit
archway, and move around the corner to find six Weepers. The game will
auto-save here. Use Bend Time 2 then use the crossbow to head shot them quickly.
Harm's Way - Achievement /
Trophy Guide
During the "Lady Boyle's
Last Party" mission, use Possession 2 on the party guests. Walk them until
they are just in front of the Wall of Light, then dispossess them. They will
stagger forward into the Wall of Light and get incinerated.
