Too many drinks Purgatory
When you are in Purgatory, go to bar and have a drink. Take another one and one more after that (3 total amount without leaving). You will pass out and get up minutes later on, in Purgatory.

The origin of the boy
At the start of the game, when you are taking off Earth, you can see the kid you will ultimately speak to escaping from Husks. Prior to you get to the part where you see Husks going up the wall (the first time you shoot at something), you can see the kid looking below, evaluating the railing. When the Husks show up and Anderson coaxes you to shoot them, remain to observe the kid encounter the structure and lock the door. The structure is exploded seconds later on, however he obviously makes it through in the vent.

The Hunt For Red October reference

Throughout the intro series for the goal where you will come down landing on Rannoch, Leader Shepard is standing in the Normandy's bridge speaking with Joker about the reality that there sure a bunch of enemies out there. Joker chuckles it off and states that with the Normandy's stealth drive engaged, the only method for the Geth to see you is if you all start singing the Russian nationwide anthem. This is a direct reference to the 1990 movie, The Hunt For Red October.
