Doberman --- Beat the game on Normal, under 5h30m, 5 alerts, no continues, and with Pigeon requirements

Eagle --- Complete the game in five hours or less.

Fox --- Complete the game on hard, with less than 35 saves, 3 alerts, no life med's used, no continues, and with Pigeon, and Eagle requirements

Whale --- Beat the game having captured every captured plant and animal.

Spider camouflage --- Defeat The Fear by reducing his stamina gauge to zero.

Spirit camouflage --- Defeat The Sorrow by reaching the end of the river.

Stealth camouflage --- Complete the game with no Alert Modes. This item makes Snake invisible to guards.

Tuxedo --- Beat the game once.

Unlock More Facepaints & Camos

By beating the game you can collect more Camos and Paint like: DPM Pattern Camo, Flecktarn Pattern Camo, Green Face Paint, Grenade Pattern Camo, Mummy Pattern Camo, Tuxedo, AUSCAM Pattern Camo, Banana Pattern Camo, Brown Face Paint, Desert Tiger Pattern Camo

Escaping the jail cell

Use your radio and set the frequency to 144.75 when Snake is locked up in jail to unlock the door.

Defeating Volgin

Immediately equip the Raikov Mask when the fight with Volgin begins to confuse him. You can simply approach Vogin and begin attacking.

Skip battle with The Sorrow

Immediately lie down in the water during the battle with The Sorrow. Although you will drown and the "Game Over" screen will appear, you can select the Revival Pill in your inventory to continue the mission without the Boss fight.

Defeating The End early

After the intermission sequence after walking through the cave and the river at Ponizovje, equip your SVD sniper rifle and aim it at The End. Shoot him quickly and you can kill him now. A platoon of soldiers will appear instead of him later in the game.

Defeating The End

Save and quit the game as soon as the fight with The End begins. Enter the system settings and advance the date ahead one week. Resume the game, and The End will have died of old age. You can then continue the game without having to defeat him.

Reload weapons faster

When using a slow loading weapon (for example, the RPG-7), equip another weapon, then immediately switch back to the original weapon and it will be reloaded.

Twirling Colt Single Action Army pistol

Move the 3DS system while in FPS aiming mode and armed with the Colt Single Action Army pistol. Note: Doing this while dueling Ocelot at Bolshaya Past Crevice will distract him.

Escape The Jail Cell Easily

At the part where Snake is locked up in a jail cell, access your radio and set the frequency to 144.75. Doing so automatically unlocks the cell door.

The real way to kill the end at ponizovje

Before you walk into ponizovje equip sniper then walk into ponizovje. After the cut scene start aiming you'll see a guy pushing a wheel chair shoot the guy then shoot the guy in the wheel chair(the guy in the wheel chair is the end)after that you basically killed the end.

Beat the boss and volgin easy

When you are fighting vogin put on the riekove (sorry if i spelt it wrong) mask on and equip the shot gun and go behind him and shoot him. to beat the boss get far away and equip you,re strongest gun go into auto aim and shoot her she will eventually die I hope you like it happy cheating.

Konami game references

Move the camera for a better look at Granin's office during the intermission sequence to see find figurines of Metal Gear REX, Metal Gear RAY, and Jehuty, from other Metal Gear Solid games and Zone Of The Enders.

Invisible from Reflection

When you in the south of the jungle go to camera mode and take a picture of your shoe and them go near a enemy kill him and the reflection from the sun will make you invisible and that is my glitch movement for you it will only work if you do it the way i explained the glitch and also take a pictures of white objects besides people!

Weird Snake Glitch

After killing the boss,quickly put on your tuxedo. The ending cinematic with Snake and Eva going at it in the safehouse in Alaska will feature Snake with no bandana. He's also missing his Eyebrows,and his eye will look weird.
