In order to getPatty's Gym
Clothes outfit you should conserve all 16 Ugly Secret Babies, making on per
incident. You need to finish the incident in order for the baby icon to appear
alongside the incident on the phase select display. You'll get a message
mentioning you have actually opened the costumes as soon as you saved all the
16 babies.

To unlock the following Mighty
Hose, Title Screen, complete the following tasks:
