Up + 2, Up + 1, Up + 1. Resume game play with nine lives.
Level skip:
Pause game play and press Down + 2, Down + 1, Up + 2, Down + 2, Down +
2, Up + 1, Down + 2, Up + 1. Resume game play to jump to the next level.
All weapons:
Pause game play and press Up + 1, Down + 1, Up + 2, Down + 1, Down + 1,
Down + 2.
Change weapons:
Pause game play and press Up + 1, Up + 2, Up + 2, Up + 1, Down + 2, Down
+ 1, Down + 1, Down + 2.
