Unlimited money:
Start a game and enter BOVINE as a nickname. The sound of someone saying
"yeah!" will confirm correct code entry. Press A + B + C during game
play. A window stating "(player name) has just cheated" will confirm
that additional money has been added to your account.

Money code
When it asks you to enter nickname you enter BOVINE then to everything
else as a normal game. When you are playing the game, hold down ABC for money.
You can hold down ABC any time during the game and the longer you hold it down
the more money you will have.
