Complete Single Player mode with an ability to unlock it's corresponding coustume

Rare Archer Hat --- Complete Single Player with the Archer ability
Rare Beam Hat --- Complete Single Player with the Beam ability
Rare Beetle Hat --- Complete Single Player with the Beetle ability
Rare Bell --- Complete Single Player with the Bell ability
Rare Bomb Hat --- Complete Single Player with the Bomb ability
Rare Cutter Helmet --- Complete Single Player with the Cutter ability
Rare Fighter Headband --- Complete Single Player with the Fighter ability
Rare Hammer --- Complete Single Player with the Hammer ability
Rare Ninja Headdress --- Complete Single Player with the Ninja ability
Rare Parasol --- Complete Single Player with the Parasol ability
Rare Sword Helmet --- Complete Single Player with the Sword ability

Shadow Kirby
Complete the Single Player campaign on Very Hard mode to unlock Shadow Kirby as a selectable color in Multiplayer and Training modes.

StreetPass Bonuses
If StreetPass Data for Kirby: Triple Deluxe is found on your 3DS, you'll unlock 2 new abilities and 1 new stage.

Beetle Ability --- Have StreetPass data for Kirby: Triple Deluxe on your 3DS
Bell Ability --- Have StreetPass data for Kirby: Triple Deluxe on your 3DS

8-Bit Fountain of Dreams

If you get to the final boss in the Single Player campaign on Very Hard difficulty, you'll get an extended cutscene with King DeDeDe. You'll also fight on an alternate, more retro version of the Fountain of Dreams stage.
