Level select:
Turn on the game, then enter one of the following codes to begin at the
corresponding level.
Level 1 Boss: Hold Up + 1 on controller two.
Level 2: Hold Right + 2 on controller two.
Level 2 Boss: Hold Right + 1 on controller two.
Level 3: Hold Down + 2 on controller two.
Level 3 Boss: Hold Down + 1 on controller two.
Level 4: Hold Left + 2 on controller two.
Level 4 Boss: Hold Left + 1 on controller two.
