Sega Saturn Cheats - Astal

Refill Life Bar:
Pause a game and press  Down, R, Up, L, X, A, Y, B, Z, C, Right, Left. Astal should now have a full life bar.

Entering secret mode:
Press Left, Right, Left, Right, Up, Down, L, R, Start on controller two in the options screen. Astal will shout and the phrase "Secret Mode" will appear at the top of the screen to confirm correct code entry.

99 lives:
Enter the secret mode code. Highlight the lives option and change it to 99.

Life refill:
Press Start to pause the game. Quickly press Down, R, Up, L, X, A, Y, B, Z, C, Right, Left. A chime will confirm correct code entry.

Invincibility:
Press Start to pause the game. Quickly press Down, Y, Left, A, Down, B, Right, C. A bird whistle will confirm correct code entry. Alternatively, pause game play and quickly press Up, Y, Left, A, Down, B, Right, C.

Suicide:
Press Start to pause the game. Press L, A, R, C, B. Astal will moan to confirm correct code entry. Press Start to return to the beginning of the current stage.

Stage select:
Enter the secret mode code. Return to the title screen and press Up, Down, Left, Right, L, R, A, Y, C, Z, B, X. Astal will shout to confirm correct code entry. A new stage select option will appear on the main menu.

Voice cameos (Japanese version):
Enter the secret mode code. Return to the title screen and repeatedly press the indicated buttons until the Sega logo to change the voice that says "Sega!" to that of the indicated character.
Antowas: Repeatedly press R + X.
Antowas (alternate): Repeatedly press R + Y.
Astal: Repeatedly press L + Y.
Geist: Repeatedly press L + Z.
Gerardo: Repeatedly press R + Z.

Leda: Repeatedly press L + X.
